PL or NL stud variants (and also stud hi-lo w/out qualifier)

It's obviously not a traditional offering, but our home game group has always played stud hi-lo PL or NL, and sometimes without an 8 qualifier for low. Would love to be able to play these variants in poker mavens interface.

I would love a PL stud and PL stud h/l option as well. NL seems kind of crazy btw! (esp with lo!)
