Is there an option to show hand/Muck?

Lobby window in client -> Options menu -> Table Settings -> Auto muck (uncheck)

After that, player will see Show / Muck buttons when they win without a showdown.

No, it's on auto muck by default because new players would get the prompt and stare at it until it timed out because they don't know what "muck" means. And that just wastes everyone's time at the end of each hand.
