Changes:
Added Shootout option for tournaments. This also allows for proper heads-up tournaments. From the help file:
Shootout - Select Yes for a shootout format where all tables play down to a single player before merging. Select No for a standard format with auto table balancing. Set the number of tables equal to the table size for a two-round "double shootout". Set the number of tables to the square of the table size for a three-round "triple shootout". The largest heads-up (2 seats per table) shootout would have 7 rounds with 128 players starting at 64 tables. At the beginning of each round, matchups are randomly re-shuffled and the chips and blinds are reset to their initial settings. Late registration and rebuys are not available for shootout tournaments.
Added client-side options to show local timestamp in extended lobby and extended table chat. Users select Options|Display Settings in the Lobby window for these settings.
Tournament stats now displayed for observers. Previously the Stats tab would be blank for observers.
Fixed ante side pot bug in heads up play. This would occur if a player was all-in with a partial ante. The code would create an extra side pot instead of just refunding the difference to the other player. That bug would cause the table to freeze in the client until it was manually refreshed.
Fixed hand history bug that displayed antes before header. Previously ante postings would displayed out-of-sequence in the client-side hand history tab.
