About the Gold version.

I want to buy the Gold version, and there are some questions:

1.The term of validity of the license is for ever or just some period time?
2.Did I need to pay for the updated version? Or just free upgrades?
3.I want to develop in test server, and then change to the prod server if everything are ok. Does the
license can be changed to another machine? If can ,Please kindly offer the pocess, thanks.

Minor version updates (4.xx to 4.xx) are free via patches posted on the web site. Major version updates (4.xx to 5.xx) are offered at a discount.

Yes, you can move it from one server to another at any time. Keep a backup copy of the setup file. Item 13 in the FAQ shows where all you data is stored:
