I need more details than that. Were these players sitting out? What is your "Maximum sitout minutes" setting? Was there anything recorded in the error or event logs? Etc.

Will provide you these details. Also, when many players are logged in, the server freezes (with not responding message). However, the game still works normally, just that the server is inaccessible during this period? Resource monitor shows nominal usage. Will provide info for the previous post once the server is back to normal.

How many players are on when this happens? Can you access the Remote Admin interface during this time?

Approx 150 players are online when this happens. We dont use remote admin. API everything seems to be working fine. If we see the PMServer on the remote desktop, it's frozen and says not responding. However, after a while when the traffic subsides, it becomes OK. Resource monitor shows a lot of free resources though.

when player gets auto kicked from ring game table

max sitout minutes = 5

players were NOT sitting out, just got kicked out of the table after a hand ended.

Are the kicks coinciding with those socket errors or is that unrelated? Send some examples to my email with the hand history of the table where they were playing and the portion of the event log at that time.

Next time this happens, check the Windows Task Manager and see what it shows for CPU, Memory, and Threads for PMServer.exe on the Processes tab.
