Is there any briggsoft's software for running a roulette based website?
If not, can you recommend any?

No, everything I make is on my web site. Roulette would get boring after about 5 minutes.

Do you mean for you personally coding it? Or for players' experience playing it? Because if you're talking about player's experience, then I'd have to disagree. If the only thing stopping you from making a roulette is that you think "it would get boring after 5 minutes" I'd like to make a strong case to prove that roulette is a fun game...

Roulette is no-skill, pure chance game, like bingo. As are basically all non-poker casino games that are player vs house. I have no interest in any of those.
