Need help installing poker mavens pro
I opened my ports and still cant connect to the server.
I am using my desktop not a vps.

I can however connect to my static IP)

Use this program to make sure your ports really are open (take the poker server offline first):

Also have someone on the outside of your network check. Some routers will not let you connect to your own internet IP address from inside your own LAN.

Yes I did everything,

And my ports (8087 and 8088) are both open,

I can connect to my local static IP but others can't connect to it..

For example

My static ip is : 192.168.2.159 (I can connect to it but no-one else)
My External ip is : 92.134.2.227 (nobody can connect there, not even myself)

My server is listed in the official section (Licensed Servers) But it wants to connect to my External IP so it doesn't work..

I just connected to your "MMOBETS Poker" listing at www.pokermavens.net so it's working now. The IP is different (91.180.92.227:8087) than what you show above, however.

Allright just checked with my phone, and indeed I can connect there,

However I can't connect when i'm on my own computer/laptop (same network)

Any solution for that?

As mentioned earlier, some routers won't let you connect to your own external IP. I don't know why that is but you can just connect to your LAN IP instead. Or to local host at 127.0.0.1 from the same computer.

Dear,
you can use PM with 2 ways :
1- Use VPS/Dedicate Server with an Static IP
2- Use Internal Network ( for ex with LAN for play with your friends )
in Poker Game Server , Goto "Local IP Address"" , Double-click on it
you can See the IPs you can connect it for play
choose LAN IP (in non-server method) and use this for ex :
File PORT : 4444
Packet PORT : 4445
LAN IP : 192.168.1.101
so your Game Address is :

192.168.1.101:4445
==========
Others Can Connect to it Just if They was in your INTERNAL NETWORK and use with same Network
in PM V.3 you can Use From Your "Internet IP Address" and set Port on it and any body on internet can use it ...
BUT :
in this way you should dont use with WIFI modems
your should connect with LAN to your internet modem (ADSL)
for ex :
Your internet IP Address is : 70.80.90.100
Your Packet Port : 4445
so : 70.80.90.100:4445
i dont test this way with PM V4
