CPU - More Cores OR Higher Freq ?!

im buying a new Dedicated Server, i have about 80 to 120 players online,
but i dont know what better , whats your offer :
1- Ram 32Gb , Cpu i7-4770 (4 Cores) ==>$195
2- Ram 16Gb , Cpu XEON L5639 (2 Cpus , Every Cpu 6cores with 24 Threads) ==> $129

whats your offer whit this Servers and Offers ?!

I'm not a hardware expert so anything I say is just a wild guess. While CPU speed is important, having more cores will probably spread the thread load better and since the XEON package is cheaper, I'd start with it. 16 Gb should be more than enough RAM.
