is any FREE program,Application, or any Antivirus/Firewall for "Anti DDOS" attack?
or any config in windows?!
or we should buy DDOS HOSTING ?! (this is not good, because minimum price is over $100)

CloudFlare has a free option. I don't have any personal experience with it, however.

You can get a domain name from GoDaddy for $13 a year. Google has been working on a DDoS protection system called Project Shield, but it's currently invite-only. I doubt they would accept poker sites anyway.
