Changes:

* Added position # column to waiting lists. Now players can see where they are in the list.

* Confirmation message now shown when player registers for a tournament (or when admin registers them). If the tournament is already full, the message will contain a warning that they are in the overflow.

* Added K/M/B suffix option to chip transfer function as a shortcut for thousand/million/billion. This feature was added to the betting options in an earlier version and now works in the chip transfer also.

* Bandwidth stats now logged with new "Traffic interval" setting (at the end of the Log Settings group). The default value is 600, meaning that every 10 minutes (600 seconds) an entry like this will appear in the Event Log:

Traffic - Seconds: 600, Bytes in: 100000, Bytes out: 300000, Total: 400000

The byte totals reset to 0 each time they are reported so that each line only contains the traffic since the previous report. Both file port (including http headers) and packet port traffic is included.

* Server must now be taken offline before admin console window can be closed. This prevents you from accidentally trying to close the server with the red X in the upper right.

* Fixed ring game bug where small blind would not get posted when a new session started with more than two players.
