Changes:

Added "Rotate Here" function triggered by seat click. A seated player can now click any seat (other than their own) to bring up the rotate seats dialog that was added previously, but now with a new "Rotate Here" button. This button is disabled when the dialog is invoked from the menu.

Grid sorting in client is no longer case sensitive. Previously, the sort function (activated by clicking a grid header) would separate the lowercase strings from the uppercase strings.

Fixed bring table to front bug. Previously, if you closed a table when action was pending on you (bet buttons displayed), that table would get stuck in the action queue and no other tables would be raised to the top.

Account edit function no longer changes player balance unless that field was actually changed. Previously if you were editing a player's account settings (Windows or Remote Admin GUI) while they were logged in, there was a potential to corrupt their balance. For example, if they joined or left a table while the edit dialog was displayed, their balance would change internally but not in the editor. Then when you clicked Ok, it would overwrite their current balance with their old balance. Now closing the editor no longer modifies the balance field unless you actually changed it.

Removed spurious KillIdleHTTP error messages recorded in the Error Log.

Corrected avatar retrieval info in API section of help file. The method changed in version 4 but was still showing the version 3 instructions.
