Changes:

Added "Bad password max" to the Server Settings group and a corresponding "Bad password max message" Language setting. This is the maximum number of invalid login attempts allowed per IP address in a 5-minute period. This setting applies to player logins, remote admin logins, and API access. Use a value of 0 to disable this feature.

Added "Lobby chat event regex" setting to callback events. This allows you to specify a regular expression to filter which chat messages trigger the Lobby Chat callback. Leave blank to always make the callback. The regex match is case sensitive. To conduct a case insensitive match, prefix the regex with a (?i) flag. For example, "(?i)test" will match "Test", "test", "TEST", etc. For a tutorial on regular expressions, visit http://www.regular-expressions.info

Net Chip count now remembered during "rathole" period. Previously if a player left a ring table and returned during the rathole period, their Net Chip value would reset to 0.

Fixed "Connection reset by peer" errors in callback events. These would occur on IIS web servers when the time since the previous callback exceeded the web server's keep alive timeout setting.

Fixed hole card flip-up bug for Chrome browsers. This was similar to the community card flip problem fixed previously. Sometimes the last hole card did not flip upright on laggy computers running the Chrome browser.
