Image Stitcher for Version 4

I have posted a new "Image Stitcher" program on the Utilities page:

This will help Version 4 site owners create or edit avatar, card, and chip sets as it will stitch together individual images to the single horizontal strip that is now required. It can also perform the reverse unstitching operation.
