I've had this problem before when I played as a user on another PM site, where I'd just lag and nothing would happen, when its my turn (or other people's) the avatar box thing would still flash, so it never froze completely still. Then when they refresh the page, taking into consideration they only have 24 seconds to act they usually come back with only 5 seconds left to act and that's very bad.
What could be causing this for him?
From my experience when it happened to me, it happened on ALL my computers and even after I changed my IP (Never deleted history/cookies though).
I believe this guy has the same problem,

Probably just a slow internet connection. Next time that happens, tell them to go to www.speedtest.net and see what kind of numbers they get.viktor wrote:What could be causing this for him?
