Spam Prevention?

As I am the only one who has access to the server, when I am not on people can freely come in and spam the lobby and there's nothing I can do about it.

Has anyone came up with a way to resolve this problem?

Do you have any people you would trust to be chat moderators? If so you could prepare a special web page for them where they could login and issue chat bans or suspensions, using an API call to AccountsEdit to set the Chat field for the offending player. You could also make use of the Title field to let everyone know who the moderators are.
