You should have a HandHistory folder inside that folder. Plus you should also have these folders:
Accounts
CrashProtect
Logs
TourneyResults
My guess is that you've changed your data folder to somewhere else. Look for the "Data folder" setting in the Server Settings group on the Poker Mavens System tab. Does it match the folder you show there?

My data folder is saved there.
