Poker Mavens 3.20 Released

Changes:

Added new "KeepAlive connections" setting to the Server Settings group. This causes the browser to keep the http connections open for a few minutes and will reuse them for multiple files. FireFox, IE, and Opera will normally hold a persistent http connection open for 2 minutes where Chrome is 5 minutes. If this setting if off, the browser will create a new connection for each file but will disconnect immediately. Version 3.18 has KeepAlive on, all versions before and since had it off. Now it is a user setting.

Added new "Connection sweep minutes" setting to the Server Settings group. The default value is 10 minutes but it can be set to 0 to disable. This feature will monitor all connections to your file and packet ports (including rogue connections that didn't come from the player client) and will kill them after the set amount of time of no activity. All connections create a thread which uses up system resources so this feature will keep those from building up over time.

Fixed bug in "Max idle minutes" setting. Previously this feature was killing the connection data internally but wasn't actually dropping the connection. Note that Max Idle Minutes deals with legitimate connections from players who just aren't playing at the moment. This differs from the new Connection Sweep feature that handles connections that shouldn't be there at all.

Fixed crash recovery bug that occurred with fractional chips.

Fixed password cache bug for private multi-table tournaments. Previously, the player had to enter the password for each table in a single tournament. Now once entered in a session, other tables in the same tournament can be opened without getting the password prompt again.

I forgot to mention, if any rogue connections are dropped by the connection sweeper, you will get a summary entry in the event log:

2013-05-17 12:21:59|Connect|File port sweeps: 5
2013-05-17 12:34:42|Connect|Packet port sweeps: 2
