Changes:

Fixed fractional chip bug in API commands: RingGamesAdd, RingGamesEdit, TournamentsAdd, and TournamentsEdit. The buyin fields were still being processed as integers instead of floating point values.

Fixed fractional chip stacking bug in client. Sometimes the graphical representation of the chip stack would be 0.01 short due to precision errors in the way computers hold floating point values internally. This did not affect the actual bets, however.

HI Kent,

after upgraded to 3.18, i got this error.. i believed this happened couple updates before it was fixed .. but it's here again with 3.18. the Discon connection kept hanging and the users can't login

Were you running 3.17 before this? If so, was it ok?
