Intel Atom processors were made for netbook computers and low-powered devices. I'm surprised a hosting site would use them for servers. They may be ok for basic web servers but I would not recommend them for a game server, which is doing a lot of calculations. The Xeon would be better. Poker Mavens is a 32-bit app so having more than 4 GB of ram probably won't help much unless you are running other things on the server. Internet speed is the most important thing, with the ability to shove out lots of small packets in a short amount of time. You can't really trust the advertized speed. Ask the host provider what uplink/downlink numbers would you see from http://speedof.me on a browser running on the server over Remote Desktop Connection.

I've only had personal experience with 1and1 (who gave me poor tech support) and Burstnet for Windows VPS systems. But I only run a low-traffic demo server.

Those are fast specs so I would expect a few hundred at least.
