Player to player chip transfers are recorded in the Event Log when you have "Log account events" enabled. Example:

2013-01-23 09:29:38|Account|pm1 -100 balance 103820 (Transfer)
2013-01-23 09:29:38|Account|pm2 +100 balance 174875 (Transfer)
2013-01-23 09:29:38|Account|pm1 transfers 100 to pm2

The easiest way to see these is to use the Event Log Viewer utility (see link below) and set a filter on "transfer". Or write your own program to parse those records.
