Changes:

Added "Tournament cancel event" option to Callback feature. This will fire if you have a tournament set to start at a fixed time but fails to do so because the minimum player requirement is not met.

Added a NetBonus line to tournament result files. This lets you know how many house chips were added to the prize pool, if any.

Fixed a freeze-up bug caused when multiple tables were opened at once (such as when a disconnected player refreshed his browser). When there were multiple tables to reopen, the CPU load caused a delay in table initialization which in turn caused errors in packet processing.

Improved stability of the disconnect detection routine in server. Let me know if you still see any of those TSessionData.StopThread messages in the error log after upgrading.
