Incorrect table-splitting results in 1-player hand

Please email me the entire history (all tables) for that tournament.

So it looks like a table closed right as a late registration player was added to it and that confused the system. It actually then tried to play a hand with just the one player at the table and 15 chips from his small blind just disappeared from the tournament. I just need to add another player count check to the code to stop that from happening again.

This should now be fixed in 4.42.
