PHP Programmer Required!

I'm in search of a PHP programmer thats familiar with the PokerMavens software to create some custom APIs for a startup site of mine. The things I'll be looking for along the lines of the following:

- Cashier with chip transfer functionality
(Essentially a live-chat with transfer ability however a tad more meticulous than this)

- External Account Login/Registration

- External Account Editing
(eg. avatars, password)

- External Chip Transfer Functionality
(separate from the cashier, this could also include external account balance viewing)

- Administrator/Moderator commands through chat

- Rake/Rake-back System
(NOT ESSENTIAL but a system that allows players to acquire frequent player points from their contribution to rake to then attain prizes eg. entry to tournaments, cosmetics)
