The only connection related change in 4.31 was to prevent a request for multiple session ID's from a single connection. If that happened, you'd see this message in your Error Log:
Connection terminated for x.x.x.x due to duplicate session request
Do you have any of those?
There are several sites at http://www.pokermavens.net runner older versions. Can you connect to any of those?
I do not see that error log message, no, it's simply hanging at the Connecting stage.
That first one is running the old Flash 3.xx version and not using websockets. Gotta be something with your particular machine. When all else fails, try a reboot.
This is pretty strange - I changed nothing on my machine and now I can't connect at all? Do you have any suggestions? I've rebooted and reset all settings on Chrome, still hanging at Connecting... - anything else I can try?
I see you're running in incognito mode. Will it connect in normal mode? What happens if you try a direct connection to the poker server without a session key?

It doesn't connect in normal mode either, but I tested it in Incognito as well in case it was one of my extensions. If I try direct to :8087 it hangs at Connecting in precisely the same way.

Is this happening to anyone else besides you on that one particular computer running Chrome?
