Ask them what browser they have. They need a HTML5 WebSocket capable browser, which includes:Zabulus wrote:Upgraded from 3 to 4 yesterday..

IE 10+, FireFox 11+ (Windows/Android), Chrome 14+ (Windows/Android/iOS), Opera 12.1+, Safari 6+ (Mac/iOS)
Re: Stuck on connecting
This is what the user told me:
It's not working on Chrome v34, FireFox v28, or IE v11 on this computer.
It's working fine with all browsers on older laptop.
Here's where it gets weird. There's a site called FourOneFive (http://fouronefive.de/poker.php) that uses Mavens version 4.16. This loads fine for me and works in any browser.
I've tried clearing cache & all cookies (including the flash ones) using CCleaner but no luck yet.

Re: Stuck on connecting
Could be a firewall issue. Ask him if he's running any kind security software like McAfee, Kaspersky, etc. that could be blocking the websocket connection. Also make sure he's not running any kind of download manager. Those have been known to interfere also. You can open the error console in the browser (Ctrl-Shift-J in most of them) and see if it has an error message.Zabulus wrote:It's not working on Chrome v34, FireFox v28, or IE v11 on this computer.
