Freezing

Post by mike123 »

Hello, i play at a pm site, just when they upgraded to the new version where the client works without downloading flash player,

everytime i m playing, it suddenly freeze...

and when i click account balance... it does the missed actions so fast, so to play i need to keep clicking account balance, or table info ...

everything that displays a message makes the game continue. or it stops

it happened on two out of three laptops

and also i tried many internet connections, also the problem remained. i m not being able to play at all.
thank you

Which web browser do you have? Do you use an anti-virus program? If so, which one?

Yeah, I've heard from others that Kaspersky can interfere with the Poker Mavens HTML client. Apparently it will intercept the websocket connection and freeze or disconnect it. One site owner told me that using different ports from the default 8087/8088 helps. Otherwise, the players will need to whitelist the site on their end inside the Kaspersky settings.
