Upgrade patches:

http://www.briggsoft.com/patches.htm

*** IMPORTANT SECURITY FIX ***

This upgrade fixes a critical security bug in the remote administration feature. You should immediately disable the "Allow remote administration" setting until you get this patch installed, especially if you are not using the "Administration whitelist" feature. This bug is actually the same one that was "fixed" in 2.37 but got put back in by accident in 2.40.

Also fixed is a bug related to the no-show removal feature for 2-seat-per-table tournaments.

I should also mention that you should change your Remote Admin password after upgrading. The API feature is not affected by this bug so that password does not need changing as long as it's different than the Remote Admin password. Sites that do not upgrade will not be able to get listed at http://www.pokermavens.net. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually, scratch that. I recommend changing both the Remote Admin and API passwords immediately after patching up just to be safe. And use the IP whitelisting features if possible.
