Changes:

Added "Start on demand" setting for sit and go tournaments. Set this to "Yes" to make an "on-demand" style sit and go with late registration. Instead of starting when full, it starts when the number of registrations equals the Minimum Players setting and then allows late registration up to the Maximum Entrants setting. You must also set a non-zero value for "Late registration" setting.

Increased tournament "Start time hold" maximum from 15 to 30 minutes.
