Is a restart required to pick up a new SSL cert?

When updating the SSL certs is it possible to get the server to pick up the new certs without restarting the PokerMavens service?

I haven't tested that but I suspect the Indy socket components are reading in the private key and cert files only once on startup. So a restart would be needed if those changed.
