Changes:

Fixed community card display bug, introduced by a bug fix in 7.21. If a table refresh occurred in the middle of the hand (player arriving or leaving the table, for example), any community cards already displayed where shifted up a few pixels so that the remaining community cards would appear like they were shifted down.
