Changes:

Fixed hand truncation bug in LogsHandHistory API command. The server holds the last 100 hands played in memory so that they can be retrieved individually via the API after a callback notification of the hand's completion. But if a hand took a long time to play on a busy site and 100 or more new hands started at other tables, that first hand would get knocked off the cache before it even completed. And when it did complete, only the last half or so would make it back to the cache and thus the API call would pull only the ending of the hand. The cache has now been redesigned so that hands only get added to the cache when they complete and then the callback is made immediately after that. And for good measure I increased the cache size to 250 hands.

The copyright year notice on the software has been updated to 2018.
