Jackpot and Bad Beat

Two different things which is common in most poker rooms:

1- Jackpot (Progressive or constant) : giving a reward to anyone who make a specified high rank hand and win the hand with show down. usually there is no jackpot in heads up or tournaments.

2- Bad Beat Jackpot (Progressive or constant) :providing a big amount of chips to all users on a table when a specified high hand got beaten by a higher hand. typically there are some rules:
both parties must use both of their hole cards and
no heads up, no tournaments
looser will get half of the award, winner %25 and other involved players share the rest.

This would be awesome if there was an option for a Bad Beat pool/pot and if it could take a special rake from ring games.

Also, maybe a 'High Hand' pot for Tournaments? Possibly with a 'special' buy-in to each player and have a pot/pool for high hand for a specific tournament.

Just my thoughts.
