There's some risk downloading brand new graphics in the middle of a tournament, especially for people with slow connections. I do plan on allowing each tournament / ring table to have individualized graphics in a future version, however.

Perhaps. The problem I could see is that some people will click theirs right away but others wouldn't. Then they'd be sitting there wondering if they should wait for the break to expire or go ahead and take a break themselves.

I should add, this system always costs the house come chips. It's not one of those guarantees where the house doesn't contribute anything if a certain number of people register like they do with the big Sunday tournament at PokerStars. However, the Poker Mavens system can be run in two ways, depending on the "Multiple bonus" field, either as a fixed amount added to the total prize pool or as a per player bonus.

Prize Bonus is a fixed amount added to the prize pool regardless of anything else. A Guarantee is different. Say there is a tournament with a 1,000 chip buyin. The guarantee is set at 100,000. If only 80 players play, the prize pool is still 100,000 where it would normally be 80,000. If 120 players participate then the guarantee no longer matters as it has been surpassed with 120,000 in the prize pool.
