When globally muted

Instead of the person just not being able to talk, how about to them it still shows the text they are typing, but only they can see it? Globally muting doesn't really work with it blocking them completely since the people always figure out to make a new account.

It wouldn't take long before they figured out that no one else could see what they were typing. There's a built-in blacklist function for banning people by IP address and/or a particular PC. There's also an email validator.
