Add-on cost and fee are always the same as the rebuy cost and fee.

Did not consider that as addon and rebuy cost isn't different, as in my case they cost the same but this is not always the same. So my feature request will therefore change to "It should be possible to define add-on cost. And the cost should be reflected in the log-file".
