Manually set Small Bet/Big Bet in blind structures

Would it be possible to add an option to disable automatic small/big bet calculation for limit games? Being able to set the small bet/big bet independently from blinds could be used to create All In Or Fold tournaments.

That would require a redesign of the blinds editor and would still be an awkward way of doing that. It would probably make more sense to create a new game category that was more like a No-Limit game instead. And with simplified bet buttons in the client. So not a trivial task, either way.

An alternative would be to just have an AIOF option we can enable to only allow shoving all in in a No Limit game; that might actually be cleaner than doing it via blind structures in limit.
