Chat disable on condition

I would like to suggest that a feature be put in that would disable the chat feature when a player is all in. I have found that this sort of feature will help keep the one player per hand creed more intact.

I'll put that on my list as an option. Personally I don't like that feature but I know PokerStars and other sites do that.

This is now implemented in 2.50 as an option (tournaments only).
