Modularize PokerMavens

It'd be great if PokerMavens could be made into a modular solution, where games and specific features can all be installed separately (like how composer packages work for php). Looking to customize the UI? Simply install the ui-skeleton module, customize it, and enable it. Looking to add a new game with custom rules? Install the bootstrap-game module and customize the rules. If you don't want to support Razz, uninstall the game-razz module etc.
This would make PokerMavens more like a modular framework and will allow for people to build, use, and share their own themes, plug-ins, games, modules etc.
An ambitious request, but wanted to put it in the Wishlist regardless
