also if you miss the option and it is a re-buy tourney it should allow you to re-register or there should be a separate reentry option on the set up.

That time is adjustable, it's whatever you have set for the "Turn clock" setting. So they have a full turn's worth of time to click. Any more would be an annoyance to the other players.

That won't happen because the rebuy price may be different than the buy-in price. And also a player might not like his table position and then intentionally skip the rebuy in hopes of getting a new table.

ahh, didn't realize it was tied to the turn clock (had mine set to min).
