Im running into some issues with users on my site trying to create an account due to there usernames are too long, some are 13-15 chars and the software limits Player names to 12 chars, any way for a quick patch to accept say 20 char names? I would really like to avoid asking my users to make new accounts with shorter names.

There isn't enough space available on the table graphics to display longer names. The 12-character limit was picked way back in version 2 to match what PokerStars allowed and the graphics name plate was designed around that.
