transfers between players

Just like in Pokerstars, blackchip, redstar etc. and any other poker software,
it would be great if the players have the option to transfer funds between them, will save a lot of headache to the agents.

That feature has been there since version 2.
Server: System tab -> Account Settings -> Allow chip transfers
Client: Lobby window -> Account -> Transfer chips
