Increase Text Chat Limit

It's a little too restrictive currently. 248 characters isn't really that much. 400ish would probably be better (or an option to determine length of chat on a single line in the server options).

It's actually 250, to be exact. Which is the same limit that PokerStars has (I just confirmed that with a test). Do you have players complaining that they can't type in longer chats in a single message?
