one table anonymous lurking at startup

Hello,
Would it be possible to add an option in server parameters to allow the server to show a random ring table when the client software starts in the browser (before any login and side by side with the login window).
The reason is that this feature could inspire newbees to create an account.
This of course must be limited :
* lurking must already be allowed in the server
* the must be at least one table with some action (at least 2 players not away in a non private table)
* do not apply if server is near his max sessions allowed
* the anonymous lurker can of course do nothing at the table (not even chat)
