show net chips option

It would be nice if the "show net chips" option remembered the balances at a table if the player leaves his seat and comes back to the table before the rat hole minutes have expired. some players get up and resit to restore their time bank minutes and then their net resets to zero.

This will be implemented in 4.04 (if rat hole protection is enabled).
