error in upgrade

I am getting a deleted error when trying to install the pro version with trial still on computer..should I delete the old 1..said it would write over top, but????

sorry for the reply no place to modify post...where and how do i get to template pages..color changes and table changes?

again sorry please delete,,i'm a fool..got to install ..my mistake. and see the bottom of server area for changing colors...I know i can be a thorn in the side..not intentional...you've been awsome...again thx

The old version has to be stopped and closed first since you can't overwrite a running program. Table templates are here:
