animated table and card images?

In the admin control panel, where you put in your table graphics, and card graphics etc, the Help info states that any images, including GIF and SWF can be used.
What would happen if you used an animated GIF or SWF animation/movie with several different table or card images following each other?
Would those images change within the Client view?
