Im in need for an experience PHP scripting programmer, to establish a casino project. This won't involve any of the website design, I just need the PHP coding done in order to achieve these options on my website.

1) Registration option for the clients on the website, which would correlate to the poker mavens server application.
2) User login option on the website, which would correlate to the user accounts on the poker mavens server.
3) Poker player account information page on the website, including the available balance, chips in ring games, chips received in tournaments, and total chip stack information, their email display and activation options for each individual user, correlating to the poker mavens server API.
4) Direct Launch Ring Games and Launch SNGS, Redeem Code (Voucher) option.
5) Poker Player Points system integration.
6) Transfer Chips and Edit account options, in the user account information page.
7) Cash out system, emailing me the information about the withdrawals made, including the amount, time and usernames.
8) "Online now : number of players, open tables, open tournaments running" statistics option, visibly integrated on the top of the casino website.

I'm looking for someone to create a script for Poker Mavens that works with the Steem blockchain (steemit.com) for payouts on freerolls.

I simply need a script that takes tourney results, looks up the custom field (which contains an account name on the Steem blockchain) in PM tied to the winners name and then submit payment from a designated account on the Steem blockchain in the amount shown in the tourney results file to that account listed in the players custom field.

I'm not integrating cryptocurrency with PM, we only host freerolls and want to make payouts simpler.
