Sorry if this is answered elsewhere but I could not find it.
Is there a way to email accounts from within the program?
I know about the export email option.

Setup the SMTP Server group of settings according to items 5 and 6 in the FAQ: http://www.briggsoft.com/pmfaq.htm
Then you can use the Lists button on the Accounts tab to create mailing lists and send email from there.
Or you can just use the Export button on the Accounts tab and export email addresses to a text file and use it in your own mailing program.
