Is it possible to move the default data folder location?

You can but I don't recommend it. Shut the program completely down and run RegEdit to change the path in the Windows Registry:

Windows Start button -> Run -> regedit

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Briggs Softworks\Poker Mavens 6\DataFolder
