Updated utilities for Cloudflare

The utility programs with remote API access functions (Registration Saver, Rake Stats, Tourney Fee Stats, Event Log Viewer, API Reference Utility) previously would not connect to the poker server when using Cloudflare due to an out-of-date user agent and out-of-date OpenSSL files. These have now all been updated to work with Cloudflare:

If using SSL, you must also update the OpenSSL DLLs:

The above link is the 32-bit version as all these utilities are 32-bit. The one exception is the Event Log Viewer with includes a 32-bit and 64-bit version. If using the latter, use the 64-bit DLLs instead:
